What data we process and why

Bookings: when you book an experience, FareHarbor (our booking platform) processes the data needed to manage your reservation (name, email, party size, payment). Legal basis: performance of a contract. See FareHarbor's own privacy policy.

Contact and feedback forms: name, email and the information you send us, used solely to reply and manage your request. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps and legitimate interest in answering you.

Post-experience emails: if you book, we may send you service emails about your reservation (confirmation, practical details, a thank-you and an invitation to review). Legal basis: performance of a contract and legitimate interest.

Analytics and advertising: Google Analytics 4, Google Ads and Meta pixel — only after you accept cookies (see Cookie Policy). Legal basis: consent.

Recipients

FareHarbor (bookings), Google (analytics/advertising, after consent), Meta (advertising, after consent), our email and automation providers (message delivery and form handling). We do not sell your data.

International transfers

Some of the providers we rely on are located in or transfer data to the United States. When you write to us, your message reaches our email provider (Google/Gmail). If you accept cookies, Google (Analytics/Ads), Meta and Tripadvisor (the live reviews widget on the Reviews page) also process data in the U.S. These transfers are covered by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. FareHarbor handles booking data under its own privacy terms.

Retention

Enquiries: as long as needed to handle your request. Booking data: as required by tax and accounting obligations. Analytics: per the retention configured in the tool (14 months).

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, deletion, portability and restriction of processing at any time by writing to chefbensansebastian@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Spanish supervisory authority (AEPD, aepd.es).
