He met us in our hotel lobby and gave us a tour of the local market where we bought the ingredients for our paella cooking class. Overall, the experience is about 4.5 hours and definitely worth it. We learned a ton about the philosophy of Basque cuisine and its associated techniques. We were the only two students, so it was a very relaxed setting. We sipped wine, had meats and cheese, and made some delicious paella, pastry, salmorejo soup. I would highly recommend this to others.
