In addition to traveling across country or the world to eat or drink, we can also be food travelers in our own regions, cities and neighborhoods.”

Our Region is coastal, frontier community and also of mountain, therefore its diversity with regard to the ingredients is much higher and that has allowed to consolidate wonderful culinary traditions. If to these customs we add the arrival of the new Basque kitchen in the 70s, based on the innovation and creativity, we will find a product only and worthy of recognition.
