An unique concept, inspired by the local Basque gastronomic societies. Just as in the local societies, at my chef’s table lunch the line between kitchen and dining room, is blurred. Take a seat around my chef’s counter for a close-up view of the cooking action.  This is not a restaurant—my exclusive chef's table night is specially tailored for the enjoyment of just a few guests. Iam passionate about having a good time, so relax as I pour you glass of wine and enjoy this laid-back, luxe experience. This demo lasts three hours and includes guidance on preparing our chef’s favorite local dishes, as well as a fabulous time among friends.

Learn how to prepare some of the region’s quintessential pintxo dishes.You’ll have the opportunity to savour the fruits of your effort.My four-hour cooking classes give you the perfect taste of local cuisine,from traditional pintxos to avant–garde cuisine, low temperature and sous vide cooking and some molecular gastronomy techniques.

Our Region is coastal, frontier community and also of mountain, therefore its diversity with regard to the ingredients is much higher and that has allowed to consolidate wonderful culinary traditions. If to these customs we add the arrival of the new Basque kitchen in the 70s, based on the innovation and creativity, we will find a product only and worthy of recognition.
